To provide the core functionality of the CC GPS Camera app, we request specific permissions on your device:

• Location Data (GPS): We require access to your precise location to fetch your current geographic coordinates and address. This information is visually imprinted (watermarked) onto the photos you capture.
• Camera Access: We require access to your device's camera hardware to capture images.
• Storage / Photo Gallery: We require access to your device's local storage to save the watermarked photos directly to your native photo gallery.

2. No Cloud Storage or Tracking

100% Local Processing: All data processing, including location fetching and image generation, occurs strictly and entirely locally on your mobile device.

We do NOT collect, track, transmit, or store your photos, location data, or any personal information on any external servers. Because we do not transmit your data off your device, we cannot and do not share, sell, or rent your information to any third parties.

3. Data Retention

We do not retain your data. The photos you take are stored only in your device's native gallery. You retain complete ownership and control over your photos and can delete them at any time from your device.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time to reflect changes in our app's features or legal requirements. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date at the top of this document.
